How is the estimate calculated?
Article 84 uses half a month’s wage per year for the first five years and one month per subsequent year. Ordinary resignation receives no benefit before two years, one third from two through five years inclusive, two thirds above five and below ten, and full benefit from ten years.
The interval excludes the end date. Completed Gregorian service years are counted first; partial years use actual days divided by days in the next service year. Leave allowance is monthly wage ÷ 30 × accrued days. Confirm the contractual service period and applicable wage before settlement.
This estimate covers the benefit and leave allowance only. Termination compensation, notice pay, outstanding wages and deductions are excluded. The calculator does not determine whether dismissal grounds or statutory exceptions apply.
